Jeff Dow

Jeff Dow, CCIM

Jeff learned commercial real estate at a young age from his father, Bob, founder of Dow Realty. He accompanied Bob on countless showings and walks across acres of development land. Jeff eventually joined his father in the family business and now leads the creative, results driven Dow team. Prior to re-joining Dow Realty, Jeff had an award winning sales career at Ingersoll Rand Company. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Jeff is a member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division (CID). He has been honored with its 2008 "Rising Star Award" and is its current President. Jeff is a member of CCIM, one of only 6% of commercial realtors nationwide to hold this prestigious designation. He is a member of the Greater New Haven and Branford Chambers of Commerce and on the Board of Directors of the New Haven Rotary and the Quinnipiack Club. Jeff contributes regularly to the New England Real Estate Journal. Jeff is a native of Branford and resides there with his wife Linda, a Professional Engineer, and their two children.


Jim Bussmanm

James J. Bussmann
Jim Bussmann came to the commercial real estate business via his management role in his family's business, Seaboard Oil. In addition to his sales management responsibilities, Jim procured his commercial real estate license to facilitate lease negotiations and property development. He had a key role in the development of several family properties including one that received "The Best Foot Forward" award from the Town of Clinton. In 2009, Jim decided to bring his business and marketing experience into the Commercial real estate arena full time and joined Dow Realty. Jim started and grew a bicycle and outdoor gear business for 12 years before selling it in 1983. Jim holds a BS degree in Business from Ohio University. Jim maintains his love for the outdoors serving as an organizer for American Cancer Society Bike-a-thons as well as past treasurer of the Connecticut Bicycle Coalition. He was also active in the oil industry as a board member of the Independent Connecticut Petroleum Association with a focus on marketing. Jim is currently serving on the board of directors at the Quinnipiack Club. Jim is a native of New Haven and currently resides in Guilford with his wife, Debbie and daughter, Courtney.


Bob Davidson

Robert Davidson
Bob Davidson joined Dow Realty after first experiencing the commercial real estate market as an investor in the mid 1980's. Bob has had extensive experience executing large industrial greenfield development projects throughout the Northeast. Bob's 30 years of experience in dealing with senior executives in international business makes him well suited to work with clients, large and small, with complicated requirements. Bob holds a BA in Marketing from Baldwin-Wallace College and is a former Air Force pilot. He is a member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division.


Tyler Della Valle

E. Tyler Della Valle started his professional career by joining his father, Ed, in a family owned Beazley agency in 1989. Tyler was always in the top 2% of producers nationwide. Transitioning to working manager, Tyler led a team of 50 agents while continuing his sales success. As an equal equity partner, Tyler and Ed sold the Beazley operation to Coldwell Banker in 2005. Tyler remained with Coldwell Banker as their only "selling" manager and continued his sales excellence, achieving Coldwell's President's Council. Deciding to capitalize on his deep network of connections and Greater New Haven market knowledge, Tyler elected to pursue commercial real estate and joined Dow Realty in 2009. Tyler is involved with numerous civic associations and Hamden Hall Country Day School. He is on the Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors, and is President elect for 2011. Tyler is also a member of the National and Connecticut Associations of Realtors. Tyler holds a BS in Natural Science from Muhlenberg College and also had two years of post-graduate study at NYU. He is a native of North Haven and currently resides there with his wife Leslie and their two children.


Fred Meisenkothen

Harley joined Dow Realty Company in 2010. He is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Business degree in Real Estate and Finance. Harley developed an interest in Commercial Real Estate at a young age where he learned the business while working as a Marketing and Research Analyst with Dow Realty President, Jeff Dow. Harley now holds his commercial real estate license with Dow Realty as a full time commercial agent. He is a member of PULSE, Greater New Havens Chamber of Commerce group for young professionals, and the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division. Harley is an active member of the Hamden BNI, which is the largest business networking organization in the world. He currently resides in Woodbridge.


Fred Meisenkothen

Fred Meisenkothen has been actively engaged in commercial real estate sales and leasing almost since the inception of Dow Realty Company in 1982. Fred has satisfied many buyers, sellers and lessors in numerous industrial and commercial property transactions in south central Connecticut. Prior to joining Dow Realty, Fred served 17 years as Research and Economic Development Director at the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, giving him a deep knowledge of trends in the region's overall economy, demographics, commerce, and industry. Fred's earlier professional experiences included stints at Chambers of Commerce in Schenectady and Albany, New York, and in Greater Boston. Fred served in the Air Force and has a BA from Hofstra College and an MPA from Syracuse University. Fred is also a graduate of the Oklahoma University Industrial Development Institute, and the University of Delaware Chamber of Commerce Management Institute. Fred is a member of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors Commercial Investment Division and the Rotary Club of New Haven. Along with his wife Marion, Fred lives in Northford, CT. They have four adult children and seven grandchildren.


William Roberts

William A. Roberts
Will Roberts started in real estate in 2006 and joined Dow Realty in 2008 after a long and very successful career. Will was the Executive Director, New Haven Radiology Associates, a 25 physician, hospital based, group practice at the Hospital of St. Raphael for 10 years from 1996. Will's illustrious career also includes top positions at Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA) where he was Associate Vice President - Shared Services Programs, Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia as Vice President-Support Services and Medical Systems International advancing to Regional Manager and Member, Board of Directors. Will has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America and is a past member of the Board of Directors at the Quinnipiack Club. He is currently a member of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors and the National and Connecticut Associations of Realtors. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Hidden Dunes Community Association in Destin, Florida. Bill holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech and an MBA degree from the University of New Haven. Will and his wife, Bonnie reside in Killingworth. They have three adult children and three grand children.


Gail Wagner

Gail Wagner
Gail Wagner has been the Office Manager at Dow Realty since 1996. An integral part of the Dow Team, Gail is responsible for Property Management Administration, bookkeeping and a variety of things essential to Dow Realty operations. Gail lives in Cheshire with her husband Richard. They have one grown son.
